Demar Luxury Suites, is an exclusive complex of three beautifully designed suites located in the peaceful seaside village of Vlycho, Lefkada, Greece. Newly built in 2023, Demar combines contemporary design, comfort, and modern luxury to create the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay on the island of Lefkada.
Each suite has its own layout and amenities, so you can choose the one that fits you best. Suite Mariangela features a private swimming pool and can accommodate up to 6 guests, Suite Demi is a two-bedroom suite, also for up to 6 guests, with a beautiful sea-view balcony and no swimming pool, while Suite Christina offers three bedrooms and a private jacuzzi, without a swimming pool, capable of accommodating up to 8 guests. Note that only Suite Mariangela has access to the swimming pool. Guests can enjoy spacious interiors, fully equipped kitchens, complimentary Wi-Fi, private outdoor spaces, and beautiful views over the tranquil waters of Vlycho Bay.

Vlycho
On the eastern side of the island, about 20 km from the town of Lefkada, lies the delightful bay of Vlycho.
On one side of the bay is the wonderful traditional village of the same name, crammed between the mountain and the sea. Opposite Vlycho is the settlement of Geni, an area known for its beauty, rich vegetation and marvelous view. The beach of the village is suitable for mooring and serving yachts.
